Utrecht is the fourth largest city in the Netherlands. It takes 30
minutes to get there by train from Amsterdam and only 12 euros. The city
has a lot of interesting architecture examples, and this post is about
one of them: The Utrecht University that opened in 1636.
Traffic on the territory of the university is limited to bicycle lanes and lanes for public transport.

La Capanna - project of temporary dwelling for students. The houses
were built in 2004 and had to be taken down in 5 years but the project
was prolonged till 2013. Today foreign students live here. Each block
has a little kitchen, a room and a shower cubicle. Nearby is a big field
where sheep are grazing.
In all other aspects Urecht is a cute old city.
